Flow property
testing
Powder Engineering
Systems uses the Jenike Shear Tester for measuring the flow properties of
powders and bulk solids. The Jenike Shear Tester is the only tester
sanctioned by the European Federation of Chemical Engineers and the American
Society of Testing Materials.

Structural
Engineering
Apart from
in-house engineers with structural backgrounds we have associations with
structural engineering firms that have experience in this field.
Design Engineering
Through our
associations we can provide engineering drawings and specifications for the
fabrication of custom equipment or the critical interface between existing
equipment and new equipment.
Fabrication
Inspection
We will undertake
to visit a fabricator during critical stages of fabrication and make a final
inspection of equipment built to our designs. Our inspections will ensure
that the final piece of equipment conforms to the design intent.
Equipment Supply
When appropriate,
we will take on the design and supply of equipment. This will unify the
design responsibility to give you peace of mind.
Commissioning and
Startup Assistance
We can be
available during commissioning and startup to provide assistance and ensure
that the bulk solids flow aspects of the process start properly.
