What can you expect when dealing with Powder Engineering?
We will give you the benefit of our experience and deal with you in a professional manner.

We will start by finding out about your problem. The more we understand, the better we will be able to fit a solution to your requirements. Many flow problems that we deal with are not isolated but have implications for the processes and equipment upstream and downstream. This applies to troubleshooting and retrofitting equipment as well as the design of new installations.

You will receive a written, comprehensive proposal. This will include a description of the problem, a description of how we will approach the solution, how long our work will take, and how much it will cost. If appropriate, our proposal will be broken down into phases of work. For example, sometimes flow property testing and a functional design must be completed before realistic quotes can be obtained for equipment.

We will stay involved as long as you need us. For example, if you require only testing of your product, we can do that and provide a report. If you require testing and functional designs we will submit our work in a report with sketches and specifications so that other engineers can complete the work. If you require detailed engineering drawings, fabrication and supply of equipment we will do that through our association with fabricators, and take responsibility for the project. If on the other hand you want to be in control of the fabrication and supply but want us to inspect the fabricated equipment to be sure that it conforms to our design, we will do that.
